Health and Safety

As an employer, schools are required by the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable steps to make sure staff, visitors and pupils are not exposed to risks to their health and safety (both on and off site). As such, OTSA alongside its partners offer a range of high quality training to school leaders meet the statutory requirement.
