Course Description

Whether you are a Teaching Assistant, NQT or an experienced teacher, at some point you will have to deal with bullying and conflicts in the school.

This session grounds participants in the principles of Restorative Practice, which supports all learners to resolve conflict and prevent harm.

There is good evidence that restorative practice delivers a wide range of benefits for schools, alleviating problems such as bullying, classroom disruption, truancy and poor attendance, antisocial behaviour, and disputes.

Senior Leaders and experienced class teachers from the Iffley Academy will work with you to support on individual concerns.
